Kickstart your morning with a wellness activity and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

Afterward, we'll explore the historic core of the city, which happens to be located on an island. During this part of our journey, we'll hop on board small boats to admire the bay of Ortigia.

Later in the morning, partake in an authentic Sicilian cooking class. The interactive activity will include all of the ingredients you'll need to prepare a delicious Sicilian meal. You'll learn how to make traditional dishes and you'll even get to taste your creations at the end of the class.

Once the tour concludes, return to the hotel by boat and enjoy free time for the rest of the evening.

Start your day with a morning wellness activity, followed by a relaxed breakfast at the resort.

Later in the morning, meet up with your English-speaking driver and head to the Pupillo Winery. Established in 1908, this winery is located in a valley once known as the Feudo della Targia. It's famous for the Friederich Castle and its fertile soil. For more than two decades, Nino Pupillo has been working to restore the vineyards of Moscato di Siracusa, a long-lost wine from this region.

In front of the castle, you'll find a spacious courtyard that offers a great view of the old building and the natural beauty of the area.

The Pupillo Winery provides wine lovers with a unique experience that combines wine, history, and nature. The guided tour of the Solacium Castle includes a visit to the Baglio delle Torri, the intimate Baglio dei Ricordi, the ancient Palmento, and the Historic Garden. Finally, you can enjoy a wine tasting in the historic winery buildings, paired with traditional dishes, offering a taste of the Mediterranean.

Return to your accommodation after the wine tasting to enjoy your night at leisure.

Today we will set off on a long, full-day excursion to explore Europe's largest active volcano: Mount Etna and Sicily's most famous tourist resort: Taormina, which is also linked to the award-winning TV-SHOW ‘The White Lotus’

The visit to Etna will take us to discover the volcano on the northern side , the least touristy and also the greenest, as it is covered by thick pine forests. The excursion will include a scenic walk as you learn more about the volcano.  

After Mount Etna, you will continue for about an hour's drive to Taormina. Here guests will be free to arrange their own lunch at one of the many establishments on the pedestrian walkway. 

The medieval town perched on a hill overlooking the sea is the quintessential Dolce Vita. With its many stores, ice cream parlors, bars, and of course its monuments, of which you will not miss a visit to the very famous Roman Greek amphitheater. 

Return to the hotel for the remainder of the evening at leisure

Enjoy an early morning wellness activity and a buffet breakfast at the Resort. 

Later in the morning,  meet up with your English-speaking guide to set off on an exciting 5-hour adventure in Syracuse! We'll kick things off by exploring the most significant archaeological site in all of Sicily. 

After lunch at a local restaurant, drive to Noto and visit the town known as the "stone garden" and the "capital of Sicilian Baroque." It's a UNESCO World Heritage Site with great artistic and historical heritage.
