About this trip

A journey through the flavors, traditions, and landscapes of Western Sicily.

Day 1

You trip begins in Palermo, where you'll settle into a centrally located boutique accommodation and gather for a welcome dinner celebrating traditional Sicilian cuisine.

Day 2-3

Over the next few days, you’ll explore historic neighborhoods, lively local markets, and the rich street food culture that defines the city. The journey continues west through the Sicilian countryside with stops in historic hill towns, scenic coastal areas, and family-run food producers that offer a deeper connection to local traditions.

Day 4-5

This portion of the trip focuses on the slower rhythms of Western Sicily. Guests will experience medieval hill towns, dramatic coastal landscapes, local wine culture, and the region’s famous salt flats. There will be time for guided exploration, relaxed seaside afternoons, wine tastings, and memorable meals highlighting fresh seafood and seasonal Sicilian specialties.

Day 6-7

The final days offer immersive experiences centered around Sicilian food, artisan traditions, and everyday local life. Guests will participate in hands-on culinary or cultural activities, visit lesser-known villages, and enjoy time to shop, relax, and soak in the atmosphere of the region. The journey concludes with a farewell dinner celebrating the friendships, flavors, and stories shared throughout the week.

Day 8

After breakfast, guests will transfer to the airport for departures, taking home memories of Western Sicily’s food, landscapes, traditions, and warm hospitality.
