Day 1: Arrival, Valley Immersion & Welcome

Arrive in Costa Rica, take your private charter to Quepos, and enjoy a coastal lunch overlooking Manuel Antonio. Travel into the Diamante Valley, settle into your private luxury villa, and gather for a candlelit welcome dinner.

Day 2: Morning Practice & Nauyaca Waterfalls

Begin with an invigorating flow led by Amber Carter. Hike into the rainforest to Nauyaca Waterfalls to swim in the natural pools. Afternoon property walkthrough and venue Q&A.

Day 3: Coastal ATV Adventure & Sunset Restoration

Climb onto ATVs to explore the valley backroads, rivers, and rugged rainforest terrain. Return to Vajra Jahra for afternoon downtime by the pool and an evening restorative sound journey.

Day 4: Deep Practice, Bodywork & Latin Movement

Unwind over a leisurely brunch, followed by massages and spacious free time for content capture. Evening gathering with local music, Latin movement, and connection.

Day 5: Culture, Bathhouse & Celebration

Visit local artisan markets and makers. Head to the bathhouse for guided breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge therapy. Close with an elevated multi-course celebratory dinner.

Day 6: Final Reflection & Return Ready to Host

Final morning flow with Amber, closing breakfast, and private charter transfer back to SJO, leaving with fresh marketing content, new peer relationships, and your $1,000 booking credit secured.

Guests who attend Wild + Alive and later book a qualifying retreat at Vajra Jahra will receive a $1,000 credit toward their future retreat.

Credit is subject to retreat minimums, availability and the terms outlined in your future retreat agreement. It is nontransferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another promotional credit unless approved in writing.

• Deposit: Reserve your private villa with an $800 deposit; simple installment plan available for the balance.

• Flights: Please wait to book international flights to SJO until trip minimum (6 guests) is formally confirmed.

This journey includes hiking, uneven jungle terrain, waterfalls and motorized adventure activities. Guests should be comfortable with moderate physical activity.

Participation in individual activities may be subject to weather, local conditions, health considerations and operator requirements. Alternative experiences cannot always be guaranteed.

All payments for this retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because this is a small-group retreat with limited space, your registration reserves your spot and allows us to make advance commitments for lodging, meals, transportation, facilitators, excursions, and other retreat expenses. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal emergencies, travel delays, flight cancellations, weather, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage that offers Cancel For Any Reason protection, as soon as possible after booking. Cancel For Any Reason coverage is typically time-sensitive and may need to be purchased shortly after your initial payment.

It is each participant’s responsibility to review policy terms carefully and choose coverage that protects their investment in the retreat, flights, transportation, and any other travel-related expenses.

If the retreat must be canceled by the host due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate available options at that time. The host is not responsible for reimbursement of airfare, travel costs, or other expenses incurred outside of the retreat package.
