Across the weekend, you’ll experience a blend of grounding and energizing practices rooted in yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and intuitive flow.Options for hikes and lots of downtime are included, just follow your energy and what you need. Classes are accessible, optional, and guided with curiosity rather than performance. You’re invited to listen to your body, take breaks, modify freely, and rediscover movement as something that feels good instead of something you have to earn.Our home away from homeWith a mix of accommodations, Three Otters feels like summer camp for adults. Our time together is rooted in a love of nature and the intention to to get a little wild (well, until 11:00 pm that is) and experience how wonderful it is to get out of the comfort zone and breathe a little deeper in West Virginia.
