To be truly alive is to live fully aware within our bodies. In this 5-day immersion, we will reconnect to our animal nature and replant ourselves in the wild world. Join us as we stretch our imagination, cultivate a deep and loving relationship with our bodies, track the mythic clues of our souls, and align with the dreaming Earth.
Nature lives in perpetual asana. Tree branches, trunks, and roots inhabit unique shapes in a dance with wind, sun, and soil. Likewise, each of us has a wild nature that we can learn to flow with, shifting from one pose to the next in a fluid meditation. Let us witness how our bodies want to move in a gentle vinyasa-style yoga asana practice that welcomes all levels.
Our bodies are sacred and reside within the holy Earth. By listening to their wisdom, we are guided to be who we are and cocreate with the world. Through intimate conversations with the land, we’ll track how the presence of each wild mountain, forest, river, and lake affects us. We will sense ourselves as part of the Earth’s body and notice the feelings, images, dreams, and words that arise inside us.
Our ancestors lived within nature, feeling the song of insects and wind, the scent of trees and grasses, and the touch of rain and sun. Resting our bodies on the living planet, we restore this primal connection. As we invite our bodies and the Earth’s body to enter a wordless communion, we revel in the mysteries that arise, whisper our longings, and offer a song, dance, or prayer.
