About your hosts

Tara Elizabeth


Tara is a certified and trauma informed breathwork facilitator and holistic stress management coach with over 20+ years of experience in education, behavioral modification and movement based practices.  Combing training in nueroscience, nervous system regulation, Breathwork, somatic and functional movement, holistic health and mindset work allows her to co-create soul led yet practical approaches to transforming and shifting lives.  

How we breathe is how we live and when we learn how to control our breath, we learn how to control and master our emotions.  This practice allows us to tap into our personal power and live life with intention and connection.


Nick Harris


Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from St Mary’s College of California, graduating in 2021. During his time at St Mary’s, Nick played Division 1 collegiate rugby and American football. His experience as a Division 1 athlete inspires his continued passion for movement. He discovered yoga in 2015, becoming a daily practitioner in 2018. The more Nick got on his mat, the more he fell in love with the practice of yoga and the incredible benefits it had on his heart, body and mind. 


This led him to taking and completing his 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2021 with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps at the Awakening Yoga Academy. Since becoming certified, Nick has taught over 1,300 hours worth of classes, led and facilitated yoga teacher training, taught the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers, the 2023 National Champions St. Mary’s Rugby Team, and the Portland University Men’s Basketball Team, conducted 1:1 yoga mentorships, and has led several yoga retreats and workshops throughout the United States.


Nick is registered as an Experienced Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and has been a teacher at yogaRIOT since 2022, leading their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training alongside studio owner Caroline Plambett in 2024.  Nick is in the continuous pursuit of yogic knowledge and teaching skills, and is currently undertaking his 300 hour YTT qualification with AYA.

Welcome to Wildly Nourished

We are so thrilled to have you here with us.  Today marks the beginning of a beautiful and transformative journey, and we’re honored to be part of it with you.


Please arrive by 6:00 PM and settle in — your space is waiting for you! 


We’ll come together for our opening circle, where we’ll set the intention for this retreat and begin the process of grounding and connecting. Following the circle, we’ll share a nourishing dinner, prepared with love to fuel your body and spirit.

We will have a community dinner and rest up!


Your hosts, Tara and Nick, are here to guide you through this experience, and we are committed to creating a space of warmth, healing, and growth.

Wildly Nourished Day First Full Day

7:00 AM – Coffee + Tea
Start your day with a warm cup of coffee or tea, allowing yourself a peaceful moment to wake up and center your mind.


8:00 AM – Intention Setting Meditation
Join us for a guided meditation to set your intentions for the day ahead. A chance to connect within and align your focus for this powerful retreat experience.


9:00 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing breakfast designed to fuel your body for the day. Fresh, vibrant, and delicious food to awaken your senses.


10:00 AM – Free Time
Take this time to relax, reflect, or explore the surroundings at your own pace. Perhaps journal, take a walk, or simply rest.


11:00 AM – Movement / Yoga
Engage in a mindful movement session to awaken and stretch your body. Whether through yoga, gentle flow, or movement practices, this session will help you connect with your physical self.


12:00 PM – Cool Down + Breathwork
After movement, we’ll guide you through a soothing cool down and breathwork practice to calm the nervous system and cultivate deeper relaxation.


1:00 PM – Free Time
A period of rest, reflection, or self-care before we come together again. Use this time to unwind or continue to explore the retreat space.


2:00 PM – Lunch
Savor a delicious, nourishing lunch designed to replenish your energy and keep you feeling grounded throughout the day.


3:00 PM – Free Time
Relax, take a walk, or engage in your personal practices before our next gathering. This is your time to recharge and reflect.


4:00 PM – Workshop
Join us for an interactive workshop designed to deepen your experience and provide valuable tools for personal growth. This session will be full of insights and connection.


6:00 PM – Free Time
A moment to unwind before dinner and integrate everything you’ve experienced during the day.


7:00 PM – Dinner
End the day with a nourishing, wholesome dinner. Enjoy the flavors, the company, and the warmth of our shared meal.

Start your morning with a warm cup of coffee or tea as you wake up to the peaceful surroundings of the retreat. A gentle way to begin the day.


8:00 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast that will fuel you for the adventure ahead. A balanced and wholesome meal to energize your body and spirit.


9:00 AM – Free Time (please note times may change due to weather)
Take this time to relax, enjoy the natural beauty around you, or engage in personal reflection. Whether you prefer to journal, meditate, or simply rest, this is your time to be present.


10:00 AM – Hike and Plant Walk
Set out on a guided hike to connect with nature and re-energize your body. Enjoy breathtaking views, fresh air, and the grounding power of the outdoors as we explore together.


1:00 PM – Cool Down + Breathwork
After the hike, we’ll gather for a calming cool down and breathwork session to help you release any tension, clear your mind, and deepen your connection to yourself.


2:00 PM – Lunch
Replenish your energy with a wholesome, nourishing lunch. A chance to refuel and reconnect with your fellow participants.


3:00 PM – Free Time
A period of rest, personal reflection, or quiet exploration of the retreat space. Use this time to integrate the experience of the hike and movement.


4:00 PM – Workshop
Join us for a workshop focused on personal growth and healing. Today’s session will offer tools and insights for deepening your journey toward inner nourishment and balance.


6:00 PM – Free Time
Take a moment for yourself before we head into the evening. Whether you want to reflect, journal, or unwind, enjoy this quiet time at your own pace.

Start your day with a warm cup of coffee or tea, allowing yourself to wake up gently and center your mind before the day’s adventures begin.


8:00 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy a delicious and nourishing breakfast to fuel your body for the activities ahead. Fresh, wholesome ingredients to start your day on the right note.


9:00 AM – Free Time
Use this time to relax, meditate, or reflect. Whether you prefer to journal, take a walk, or simply unwind, this is your opportunity to be present and enjoy some personal space.


10:00 AM – Hike or Spa Day
We will either choose a second hike or spend some time at the local spa for sauna and cold plunge


1:00 PM – Shopping downtown and lunch at the house


4:00 PM – Free time


6:00 PM – back home for dinner (time for the below will be determined by the group vibe)
After your spa experience, you’ll have some time to return to your room, relax, and prepare for dinner.


7:00 PM - Vibey Yin Yoga


8:00 PM – Dinner
Enjoy a delicious, nourishing dinner with the group. This evening will be a chance to share in meaningful conversation, reflect on the day, and savor a wholesome meal to end the day on a high note.

Wildly Nourished Final Day

7:00 AM – Coffee + Tea
Start your final day with a warm cup of coffee or tea. A peaceful way to ease into the morning and reflect on the beautiful journey you’ve shared with us.


8:00 AM – Reflective Meditation
Join us for a guided meditation, where we’ll take time to reflect on the retreat experience and connect with the inner wisdom that has emerged throughout the week. This session will be a gentle and grounding way to close our time together.


9:00 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast, prepared with love, to fuel you for the day ahead. This meal will set the tone for the final moments of the retreat — vibrant, wholesome, and full of gratitude.


10:00 AM – Free Time
A bit of free time to pack, relax, or take one last walk through the retreat space. This is your opportunity to integrate your experience before the closing ceremony.


11:00 AM – Movement / Yoga
Engage in a gentle movement session to honor your body. This practice will be a chance to stretch, relax, and cultivate a sense of calm and connection as we prepare to say goodbye.


12:00 PM – Cool Down + Breathwork
After movement, we’ll guide you through a soothing cool down and breathwork practice to help center your energy, calm your mind, and bring a sense of closure to the retreat.


1:00 PM – Closing Ceremony (this may move to the evening after dinner)
Join us for our closing ceremony, a sacred space to honor the journey you’ve been on, the connections you’ve made, and the transformations that have unfolded. We’ll celebrate this experience together and send you off with blessings and a renewed sense of purpose.


2:00 PM – Packing + FREE time
Take time to pack your things and prepare for departure. Snacks will be available for you to enjoy as you finalize your journey.
