On this all-inclusive Wine & Dine trip we'll explore the province Limburg together by tasting their finest delicacies on a road trip crossing all the way from the hilly south to the forestry north. 2nd of June: 11.00 Pick-up, Heerlen

DAY 1

On day one we'll start with a beautiful 10K walk across the hills of Limburg. We'll pass 5 vineyards on the way. We'll take it easy and take in the scenery more than once. The characteristic wine-grower John Cox will host us at the end of our walk. Here we'll also enjoy a delicious local wine-tasting, from John himself.

DAY 2

For the ones interested: we start the day helping John at his vineyard where he'll teach us the process of winemaking and where you can of course ask all kinds of questions. 

Then we'll continue to yet another typical Limburg delicacy: 'Vlaaien' - Limburg Pie. We'll make these and enjoy them for lunch. 

We'll sleep in yet another unique place, a little more to the north. In the small village of Meterik Jan awaits us in his beautiful garden where we'll enjoy a luxury BBQ, fine wines and later more food on the bonfire. 

DAY 3

We'll wake up with the sound of the birds, chickens & enjoy an extensive breakfast in the garden. After we'll continue towards one of our national parks where we'll go for a beautiful walk before heading to our final stop; Groesbeek. Also famous for its wines.

A LA KARAVANA TRIP

We'll turn on the music while we cruise along the south-east together. You'll meet new people, with whom we'll be eating and sleeping in the bus on two different, unique camp spots. Of course bonfires & BBQ will be part of the weekend as well! 

La Karavana is a 46 year old double decker bus that is converted into a hostel by Jolisa, Saskia and Eileen. The driving hostel has everything you need; a fully equipped kitchen, living room, upstairs lounge, 9 super comfy beds and a heater just to be sure. All food is included in the price.
