Om retreats are the perfect blend of well-being, fellowship as well as restoration. Our days begin and end with yoga/mindfulness practice with either Beth or Terry as your guide. Here is a general schedule for our retreat day:
**7:00 am Morning coffee/tea, fruit, granola available
75 minute Morning Yoga Practice
** 10:00 am – 11:00 am – Breakfast
Free time for relaxing on the beach, excursions, reading, treatments...chillin'
** 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Lunch
75 minute Afternoon Yoga Practice
** 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Dinner
Please know that the resort is equipped with mats and blocks. Of course, you are free to bring you own if you prefer.
