Please join Anna Gammal for a weekend designed especially for women to take a break and relax in the Beautiful White Mountains of Bartlett, NH. We will be staying at the Bartlett Village House.
This quaint historic home dates back to the late 1800’s and has been lovingly cared for. There is lots of historic charm in this town landmark! You will find the welcoming atmosphere of a grand covered porch with adjacent sunroom with lots of seating to relax. The charming guest rooms are tastefully decorated in period antiques and comfortable bedding.
We will enjoy evenings by the bonfire in our private back yard or take a short walk to the Saco River and majestic views of the White Mountains.
We have planned a weekend for women with the theme, Positive Vibrations...Words Matter! What we say and what we think have vibrations and they vibrate at a particular frequency. Negative feelings like anger, guilt and sadness vibrate at low frequencies, while positive feelings like joy, appreciation, love and passion vibrate at high frequencies. Positive vibrations inspire health, happiness, and optimism. When we are tuned in to good, positive vibrations, our bodies heal, our hearts open, and our minds shift toward the light. Join us in the journey to positive vibrations!
Mastery of the root chakra is essential as it helps you to:
Feel grounded and safe by opening the root chakra.
Root chakra can be found at the base of the spine, pelvis, and first three vertebrae. It affects the gonad glands, reproductive system, skeletal system, kidneys, urinary system, hips, legs, feet, lower back.
Due to its connection to courage, will, life and vitality, and passion, the Muladhara is closely linked to physical desire.
Therefore, mastery of one’s desire can open up and increase the effectiveness of these chakras. Due to these properties, the chakra is represented by the red color.
According to the meaning of the colors, the color red is associated with stimulating properties. In other words, red is a color of action.
Beyond that, the red chakra is linked to the earth due to its location at the base of the spine, which holds up the rest of the body. Much like the stability of the earth holds everything on top of it.
Its connection to earth is also due to its contribution to stability, security, self-preservation, and a sense of balance. In this case, it is represented by the color black.
For the body to perform at its total capacity, all seven chakras need to be balanced to allow the smooth flow of energy through them. Decreased functionality in one of the chakras causes a domino effect.
That is, it affects the performance of the other chakras and not in a good way. However, an open and balanced chakra leads to the efficiency of all the others.
An open and balanced red chakra leads to an improved quality of life. The effects it has on the body include:
Chakra imbalance can come in two forms: overactive chakra and underactive (blocked chakra).
The Muladhara, that is, the red chakra, is the first energy center of the body as it receives raw energy from the environment. This makes it relatively easy for it to become unbalanced.
An overactive red chakra can be caused by the feeling of incompetence or dissatisfaction. It can also be caused by severe hunger and physical distress.
A person with a balanced Muladhara is grounded, in control, at peace with himself. When the red chakra becomes imbalanced, it is easy for one to become more irritable and belligerent in situations they would otherwise handle calmly.
A person with an overactive red chakra will feel any of the following symptoms in no particular order or number:
This phenomenon is also known as blocked chakra. An underactive root chakra refers to the blockage of the red chakra point, which leads to a restricted flow of energy.
This could affect a person’s overall health. There are several ways to identify an underactive root chakra in a person. They all include the various adverse effects that a blocked root chakra can have on a person. They include:
