Breakfast in the courtyard at Saúl at the Good Hotel.
Depart for a rural village where we will have the opportunity to visit a small coffee farm-on the side of a volcano. We will ride in the back of pickup trucks for the experience of a lifetime. We will meet the farmer and learn about artisanal coffee production right from the source. This will be an impactful experience that ends with tasting coffee from one of the greatest world producers of coffee in the world-Guatemala.
At lunchtime, we will head to a beautiful 150-year-old coffee plantation where will take part in a private and magical meal at the Wild Daughter Outdoor Kitchen & Garden. We will have the pleasure of meeting the visionary behind Wild Daughter, chef, entrepreneur, and designer, Noemi Dulischewski. Originally from Germany, Noemi has lived and worked in London, New York, and Amsterdam. We will not only enjoy seasonally inspired farm to table elevated cuisine, but we will hear more about Noemi’s storied life and how she came to be an expat in Antigua- all the while sipping on botanical drinks and eating wood-fired cooked food.
After this memorable experience, we will have free time to wander the vast grounds of the coffee plantation where you can find a coffee shop and store, a chocolate workshop/store, beer garden, café, boutique, and lush gardens.
