We’re heading back to Alpe d’Huez, France, one of the most iconic destinations in the French Alps!
We're hosting a full week experiencing true European mountain life, from days on the slopes and ski-in/ski-out chalet living to iconic après-ski spots, nights out, and exploring the Alps with a group of like-minded travelers. Whether you’re an experienced skier, trying snowboarding for the first time, or joining us for the mountain views and social experiences, there’s something for everyone!
Where We’re Staying
Our group will stay at Résidence Phoenix C by Leavetown Vacations, a resort-style property with ski-in/ski-out access, an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, and steam room. The property features modern interiors and balconies with beautiful mountain views, giving us the perfect home base for a week in the Alps.
Travelers will have their own bed but may share a bedroom and bathroom with other guests unless they purchase a private room upgrade. During booking, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know if you’re traveling with a friend or partner and would like to share a room and bed. We’ll do our best to accommodate rooming preferences based on availability. Solo travelers will be roomed separately by gender.
Getting to Alpe d’Huez
We’ll be leaving from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport (LYS) on Saturday, March 13, where we’ll meet our private group transfer for the scenic journey to Alpe d’Huez.
To be included in the group transfer, you must arrive at Lyon Airport in time for the 3:00 PM departure. We highly recommend flying in the night before OR booking a flight that arrives early with enough time to collect your luggage and meet the group. If your flight doesn’t align with the scheduled transfer, you’ll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of alternative transportation.
As we get closer to the trip and travelers finalize their flights, we’ll coordinate the return transfer to Lyon Airport. We recommend trying to book an afternoon flight for Sunday March 20th.

Welcome Brunch & Après-Ski at La Folie Douce
We’ll kick off the week with a welcome experience at La Folie Douce, one of the Alps’ most iconic après-ski destinations. Enjoy lunch, drinks, and incredible mountain views before settling into the lively atmosphere for an afternoon of music, socializing, and après-ski.
It’s the perfect way to bring everyone together, celebrate the start of the trip, and set the tone for the week ahead.
Your welcome lunch and drinks at La Folie Douce are included.
Explore Beyond the Slopes
The adventure doesn’t have to stop when you take your skis off. Alpe d’Huez and the surrounding region offer plenty of ways to experience the mountains beyond skiing and snowboarding.
From dog sledding and paragliding to scenic helicopter rides, neighboring alpine villages, ice skating, and relaxing at local wellness centers, there are options for both adventure seekers and those looking for a slower-paced mountain experience.
Capturing the Memories
We’re bringing a media team along for the entire trip to document the experience, from days on the mountain and après-ski to nights out and the moments in between!
