We start the day with breakfast followed by a flow practice.
A moderate hike 2-3 hour hike follows.
Free time in the afternoon followed by a recover and restore class with Amy. Then we'll enjoy dinner at the lodge.
6:30-9am - breakfast
9-10am - flow yoga
10:30am - hike (you can bring a packed lunch)
5:30pm - slow flow and restore
7pm - dinner
