My first visit to the vineyard was absolutely lovely. Amy and Gina’s attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the retreat—from the local chocolates waiting at our bedside to the sacred, welcoming atmosphere of the studio and the incredible meals prepared by Chef Max.
I loved the little adventures woven throughout the experience: hiking with Emily, enjoying a breezy bike ride with Amy, and exploring the area. At the same time, I deeply appreciated the unstructured moments to stroll into town, relax on the deck, and simply be.
My daughter and I have always loved yoga retreats. Sharing a practice together has become a special way for us to connect and bond. One of the things I value most about retreats is the opportunity to learn from different teachers, each offering new perspectives that deepen and expand my own practice.
The highlight of the four days was Amy’s Chakra Flow class. It was uplifting and energizing, yet also introspective and calming—a beautiful balance that left me feeling renewed.
New friendships, meaningful experiences, and a much-needed reset—what’s not to love? Laurie
