About this trip

Join me for this absolutely incredible weekend. This retreat is going to be the perfect blend of nature time, movement, engaging with the land, eating incredible food, and making new friends.

Spend the mornings soaking in ocean views with nothing to do other than slowly sip your morning beverage, move your body in a way that actually feels good, and eating a nourishing breakfast. The afternoons will be spent hiking some of my all time favorite spots in Point Reyes National Seashore, walking tidal pools, and of course plenty of time to lounge, read a book, take a nap or anything else you'd like to do. The evenings will be restorative.

Remind yourself of what is right with the world. This will be a weekend you won't want to miss!

About the space

The house we will stay at is an absolutely gorgeous 7-bedroom house right on the coast of Dillon Beach. With floor to ceiling windows and ocean views, you may not actually want to leave. We will spend one afternoon hiking in Point Reyes, which is about 30-minutes south of Dillon Beach. Point Reyes is a National Seashore and one of the most biodiverse places in California. It is home to the iconic Tule elk, the elephant seals, the bobcats, hundreds of birds and of course is the home to the Coast Miwok who helped shape the land for thousands of years.

Sample Itinerary

Thursday: Arrive between 4 - 6pm. Followed by a delicious dinner and opening circle.

Friday: Somatic Silence in the morning, with movement and breakfast. Pack out and hike Point Reyes in the afternoon (with a packed lunch). Return to the house to relax, have dinner, and then a restorative practice in the evening.

Saturday: Somatic silence in the morning, with movement and breakfast. A somatic workshop in the afternoon along with so much free time to simply enjoy the views and a beautiful lunch. After dinner we will do a closing circle.

Sunday: A short movement practice and breakfast and we say our goodbyes.
