Practice yoga, enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast, relax and rest your way into the new year. ✨ This retreat is located at the Yachats Inn, special rates for retreat goers! Call the Yachats Inn to book your room and let them know you are joining the retreat to get your discount. However you are welcome to stay anywhere you like.
We begin on Friday evening with our introduction and gentle yoga practice from 5:00-6:30. Saturday there is a yoga philosophy discussion and a more active (but adaptive) practice 9am-11:30, and then a gentle practice followed by yoga nidra (deep rest) from 4:30-6:00. Sunday we finish with a playful practice 9am-11:30.

All together there is 8 hours of yoga instruction including asana, pranayama, philosophy and yoga nidra.
Jennifer Jamieson, RYT 200, RYT 500 and IYAT Yoga Therapy training includes accessible/adaptive yoga, restorative yoga, strength and conditioning, Ayurvedic principles, meditation, and mindfulness. Jennifer, a single mom, finds that her yoga practice benefits her most by being present, especially with her family and friends. She teaches compassionate, accessible yoga.
