The Shala Bali retreat center was a true sanctuary and a blissful respite. Accommodations were attractive, comfortable, and clean. The vegetarian fare was excellent and meticulously prepared. Set amidst serence rice paddies and tropical vegetation, practicing yoga there was a sublime experience. The staff could not have been more kind and attentive in their humble, but devoted way. The ayurvedic spa treatments were first rate, affordable and uniquely healing.

I had a fantastic time! I can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time yoga retreat, and it was exactly what I'd hoped for. Great group of people, and I loved the yoga and yoga philosophy shared by Jennifer at the retreat. Yachats was the perfect location for the weekend, with time for beach walks and time to relax. Jennifer is fantastic!

This was my first yoga retreat, a lifelong item on my bucket list. Jennifer is a great yoga instructor who taught classes 2x each day for all abilities and bodies. The retreat center, Pura Vida was amazing- from the views, food, hospitality, massage and reiki and more. Jennifer is very connected with the community of Yelapa, which was nice. I felt part of the community, not just a tourist. The retreat exceeded my expectations.

This experience was completely rejuvenating and restorative. Every detail was perfect. The setting, activities, food, company, yoga….all of it! I’ll be back!
