About your trip

Escape the hustle bustle of life and retreat to a relaxing beach town. Sayulita is the perfect place to deepen your yoga and meditation practice while enjoying the ocean, delicious meals, and charming village.


Experience daily all levels yoga and guided meditations. Morning practices will be vinyasa flow, while evening yoga will be therapeutic. During free times, you may explore the town by bike (free of charge), enjoy a massage, or read a book at the pool.


Mouthwatering vegetarian full breakfast and gourmet dinner(meat, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options by request)is served daily in an open air cafe. We are excited to offer a healthy group cooking class taught by talented chefs as part of the package!

All levels are welcome, but this retreat is best suited for people that have some vinyasa yoga experience, and know basic yoga poses.


We welcome yoga students ages 18 and up.


About Hotelito Los Suenos


Rooms are tastefully decorated in fun, but traditional Mexican style with ceramic tile floors. Spaces are equipped with air conditioning. Purified drinking water is available throughout the hotel. Daily maid service is part of your stay, and WiFi is available (though it is encouraged to unplug as much as possible during our retreat.) The beach is just a short 2 blocks away. Soak up the sun at our hotel pool.

*5 nights stay at Hotelito Los Suenos, 2 blocks from the beach

*Daily full vegetarian breakfast and gourmet dinner  (appetizer, salad, and main course for dinner.)

*Daily yoga practices (alignment-based vinyasa and therapeutic)

*Shuttle to and from Puerto Vallarta airport (!)

*Free use of bikes so you can explore the village of Sayulita

Daily Sample Retreat Schedule (subject to change)

Morning Sadhana (Meditation and Yoga Flow) - 7:30am

Full Vegetarian Breakfast - 9:00am

Free time (beach, pool, massage, bike ride, etc.)

Therapeutic Yoga - 5:30pm

Gourmet Dinner - 7:00pm

Arrival - Arrive at the Puerto Vallarta airport close to 1:00pm. Check in at the hotel is 3:00pm Sunday, June 10th, and the airport is about an hour away from retreat venue. Group transportation will be arranged once we receive everyone's flight info.


Departure - Check out of hotel is 12:00pm Friday, June 15th. Group transportation will take you back to Puerto Vallarta airport.


*If you want to stay longer at the hotel, please request a quote for additional time. In this case, your transportation to the hotel is not included in the original price.

Before You Go

Please make sure that you have a valid passport.


Please bring a water bottle. The hotel has filtered water.


Besides bringing yoga clothes and bathing suits, dress is casual in the cafe.

Christie Pitko, E RYT-500, began practicing yoga in 2001, and since then, it has healed her spirit, ignited creativity, and encouraged her to take her time. She enjoys helping students stay curious about the inner landscape of their bodies and minds through yoga and meditation. Christie is grateful for all that she has learned from her teachers, Annie Carpenter, Richard Rosen, and Leah Gillman. Christie hosts multiple yoga retreats per year.
