Retreat Schedule

Arrival at Liberia airport-Sunday, August 13th, 2017 after 11:30am 

Driver will pick up group from airport and take to retreat venue, Rip Jack Inn, which is about 60-90 minutes away. First day will include meditation and yoga practice, dinner, and welcome circle.

Depart Resort-Friday, August 18th, 2017 at 11:00am

We will have a morning yoga and meditation practice followed by breakfast.

(If you'd like to extend your stay at the Rip Jack Inn once our retreat ends, let me know, and I will get daily rates to you.)

Costa Rica accepts America dollars, but you may also want to bring some Costa Rica colones. Ordering them from your bank can often be cheaper than converting dollars at the airport.

Bring sunscreen, bathing suit(s), flip flops, and comfortable shoes for hiking.

There is a laundry service available at the resort for $10 per load.
