We will practice an invigorating, soulful, fluid Vinyasa flow style yoga both upon arrival and during our mornings together. The following afternoon's will be a mixture of slow flow & yin yoga.  Yogic wisdom and dharma talks will be cheerfully sprinkled thru out our time together.  And, a few of our sessions will be accompanied by Andrea Walls, a talented sound healer and musician. You're in for a treat!  

Andrea plays the Crystal Sound Healing bowls as well as the violin and Mbira- a traditional instrument from Zimbabwe.  The Mbira is a sacred instrument used for healing & to connect with the ancestors. It can take you deep into a healing state that promotes relaxation & getting in touch with inner guidance.  Crystal bowls are very powerful for clearing, energy flow & alignment. She also uses the Rain stick & chimes.

What a gift it is to be cooked and cleaned for!  Can you see yourself relaxing into 3 farm-to-table meals a day??... with the best fresh and local ingredients served at Lumeria’s full service restaurant- The Wooden Crate.
