Aangename, comfortabele bus met leuke tussenstops. Beperkte/verkeerde communicatie over het einduur naar ons toe.

4M pulled a bait and switch on us. We booked our seats on a big comfortable bus that had a toilet, WiFi, air con, reclining seats, water, above-seat storage. Well … they didn’t sell enough tickets so they put us on a small van that had none of those amenities. The guide told us the bus broke down but when I reached out to the office, I was told the truth. So we were in a small van for 7 hours!!! Everyone was very upset. I asked for my money to be refunded but they refused unless I got off the van. They did give us a sandwich and tea at a stop. It was a miserable experience. I should have booked with one of the other bus companies. DO NOT BOOK WITH 4 M!!!!!

Voyage trés agreable et confortable avec un guide trés interessant ( Chivay-'Puno) Quelques arrêts à certains belvédéres. Tres appréciable: chacun est déposé devant son hôtel à Puno

We were comfortable with all the nice stops. But it was quite expensive and we didnt always understand the guide her pronounciation... she was sweet though.
