When we arrived at the pickup location in Cusco we discovered that we were the only ones that day on route to Chivay and had our private tour. Our guide Susan was very kind and welcoming and the driver drove fast but safe. The bus was in a great condition and we received water and snacks during the trip. Along the way we stopped at some spots and Susan told us a lot of the area and culture. The price is high but it is well organized and it was a nice way to travel to the Colca Canyon from Cusco directly. Susan was also so kind to negotiate a good price for a taxi from Chivay to Cabanaconde

Our driver was very safe in driving and available for any requests. The guide Piter has been very kind and funny, as well as he explained lot of things in a very detailed way. Very important thing was the precise explanation of fighting against altitude's disease. Wonderful stops to admire the panoramic views but some of them were too short for explanations, purchasing and take photos, as well as to eat/drink something. After all, the experience was great.

Wie zu erwarten, verbringt man viel Zeit im Bus. Die Stopps und Informationen, die man zwischendurch bekommt, sind aber super. Wir haben uns mit dem Fahrer trotz der langen Strecke sehr sicher gefühlt.

4M Express is a great and very professional company. I had a wonderful trip and saw the beautiful landscapes of Peru out of the window in a comfortable journey. And they even post-delivered some luggage that I forgot at my hotel. Thanks so much!!!

The bus was small and uncomfortable. The seatbelts didn't work and the driver was speeding. I do not recommend this service.
