My overall experience with the trip had some positive aspects, particularly the destination, the experiences I was able to have, and the people I met. However, my experience with Andrea’s leadership and coordination was very different, and I believe it is important to share this feedback honestly for the benefit of future travelers. Throughout the trip, I felt that much of the improvisation came directly from Andrea’s way of coordinating and managing the activities. On several occasions, there was a lack of clear planning and communication, which created unnecessary uncertainty and tension within the group. One of my main concerns was her interpersonal approach. On multiple occasions, I perceived a lack of empathy toward the needs, concerns, and perspectives of participants. Rather than approaching disagreements from a calm and solution-oriented position, Andrea would sometimes become directly involved in arguments with participants, at times raising her voice. The situation involving Dorino was, in my experience, one of the clearest examples of this dynamic. I believe that someone leading a group experience should be able to manage conflict without becoming part of the conflict. When disagreements arise, a leader should ideally remain composed, listen, mediate, and look for constructive solutions rather than engage in arguments that increase tension within the group. Another significant concern was her response to feedback. In my experience, Andrea often appeared defensive when concerns were raised and seemed more focused on explaining or defending her actions than on genuinely listening to how certain situations had affected the participants. This made constructive dialogue and honest feedback particularly difficult. As a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of professional experience, I place great value on empathy, emotional self-regulation, introspection, and the ability to receive feedback. Professional experience and years in an industry are certainly valuable, but leadership also requires the willingness to listen, reflect, acknowledge areas for improvement, and learn from the experiences of others. My intention in writing this review is not to personally discredit Andrea, but to provide an honest account of my experience. From my perspective, there were significant difficulties with planning, communication, conflict management, empathy, and openness to feedback, and these issues negatively affected the overall atmosphere of the trip. An organization grows not only by recognizing what it does well, but also by being willing to hear feedback that may be uncomfortable. I hope these observations are taken as an opportunity to reflect on how future groups are managed and to promote experiences characterized by better planning, empathy, respectful communication, openness to feedback, and professionalism. Based on my personal experience, I would not take another trip led or coordinated by Andrea.

Valoro y atesoro incluso 2 años luego del viaje cada detalle, aroma, experiencia que recuerdo y traigo al presente. Todo organizado para que nos sintiéramos cómodas, protegidas y no tuviéramos que pensar en nada más que en disfrutar y dejarnos interpenetrar por la mágica experiencia y energía de la India.
