This is the second trip I book with Alma Soul and Travel. Again, I had an absolutely unforgettable experience traveling through Tanzania with them. From the breathtaking safari,where every moment felt like something out of a dream to the rich culture and history of Stone Town and the stunning beauty of Zanzibar everything was perfectly curated.
What truly made the trip exceptional, though, was the care and attention from the team. Paloma was incredible, always checking in, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Agnes was just as amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we felt taken care of at all times.
This wasn’t just a trip,it was an experience I’ll carry with me forever. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Sorry, but I payed a LOT OF MONEY for a SINGLE room: my room was absolutely awful. Think the worst of all... Dark, tiny, like a cave, in bad shape...loud... all the other guys had a nice light room with a porch and hammock...I had nothing but dirt, open restrooms beside me... disgusting.
I was only able to move AFTER the other participants had left... When I payed the bill, they wanted extra money for the included breakfast. I had to leave 3 days earlier due to urgent personal reasons... no payback.
And: I ordered a taxi at 4 pm... because I wanted to meet friends before boarding... the taxi came 45 min after 4 and the staff had to call a few times because it wasn't booked (the driver told me so) .... I am completely disappointed and think, I´ll never book again with your company..
Not a nice experience at all. Never ever again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations.
We put a great deal of care and intention into every retreat, taking the time to thoughtfully coordinate each detail so that every guest feels supported and well cared for throughout their experience - from the moment they register, until they arrive back home.
Regarding your room, unfortunately the retreat space was fully booked at the time. This meant we weren’t able to offer alternative options. I completely understand that the room may not have suited your personal preferences, and I’m sorry that it impacted your stay.
I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the taxi, as well as the confusion regarding breakfast. This is not the standard we aim for, and we will be following up with our local team to ensure clearer communication moving forward.
We care deeply about creating a positive and supportive experience for all of our guests, and it’s always disappointing to hear when that hasn’t been the case.

What can I say, it was beyond all of my hopes and dreams to go to the Dominican Republic and study astrology with Kaypacha. Alma soul and travel met and exceeded my expectations. Riley was fantastic and attended to all our needs with a relaxed authenticity that I really enjoyed. She is truly remarkable. The location was spectacular and food was mouthwatering and tantalizing to my tastebuds. My bed very was comfy and I felt safe and nurtured throughout my experience. Thank you!

From the moment I submitted my deposit, I knew this wasn’t just a retreat — it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Alma Soul didn’t simply organize a trip; they curated a profound experience that felt both authentic and alive. I left with new friendships, new wisdom, and a deeper trust in life. This trip changed me in ways I’m still discovering.
