Hi Andrea, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. We put a great deal of care and intention into every retreat, taking the time to thoughtfully coordinate each detail so that every guest feels supported and well cared for throughout their experience - from the moment they register, until they arrive back home. Regarding your room, unfortunately the retreat space was fully booked at the time. This meant we weren’t able to offer alternative options. I completely understand that the room may not have suited your personal preferences, and I’m sorry that it impacted your stay. I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the taxi, as well as the confusion regarding breakfast. This is not the standard we aim for, and we will be following up with our local team to ensure clearer communication moving forward. We care deeply about creating a positive and supportive experience for all of our guests, and it’s always disappointing to hear when that hasn’t been the case.
