I knew this yoga retreat would be amazing because I love Veronica's yoga classes at the studio I go to but I had no idea how much I would love the integration of yoga, Brook's pilates and dance. It was therapeutic on every level and I made lifelong connections with all the women. The facility, food, and service was wonderful- I would definitely do it again!

It was a magical getaway. The resort was spectacular, and the food was outstanding. More importantly, Brook and Veronica made the trip truly special. They encouraged and guided us to expand our comfort level with the support of an amazing group of women. The days were full of laughter, tears, joy and love. It exceeded all my expectations.
