Mend's Fall retreat is the perfect weekend to leave your 9-5 behind and focus on your needs before the long New England winter. The food was amazing and incredibly balanced. The morning vinyasa and evening restorative practices were so cathartic. Every detail was so well thought of. I would recommend this trip to anyone!

Mend’s yoga retreat in Costa Rica was nothing short of the best if you are looking for something that blends yoga, adventure, food, and community. The classes were exactly what you would expect from Mend- perfectly led, intentional, and supportive/encouraging. We even enjoyed unique experiences like a sound bath in the treetops of the rainforest and a slow flow during sunset on the beach. Beyond yoga, the retreat offered activities like surfing, beach time, a boat adventure, and general exploring. The retreat leaders were always on-hand to coordinate an activity or offer a suggestion of something to do. I also felt comfortable going off and doing activities on my own, which I really enjoyed. The food was another highlight—fresh, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious. Every meal at the villa where we stayed was prepared with so much care by the sweet women who worked there. A huge thank you to the amazing leaders who put so much work into delivering such a seamless experience. I’m hoping to join another retreat in the future!
