Excellent service - just what we needed! We are a family of 4 emigrating to Australia. We needed a service that would be able to transport a bike as well as a lot of bags to the airport. Mark was very friendly and communication was always quick. Mark confirmed pick up arrangements ahead of time and kept us posted on his arrival time on the day. The journey was smooth, comfortable and with just the right amount of friendly chat. We arrived at Heathrow in plenty of time, unflustered and ready for our trip. We really enjoyed the day out riding around the beautiful Chilterns. Mark was really helpful and the e-bike fitted the bill perfectly.

Mark took 4 of us and our bikes to the start of the old chalk way cycle route at Lyme Regis in May. Being tike limited we only had 2 days to ride so we are also picked up and taken home from Swindon. He is the best cycle transport and tour company and his service is excellent. All 4 bikes fit in the van with no problems, the van was comfortable and Mark is great company on the drive.
