We used Mark at Broomwagon to get us from our hotel to Heathrow terminal 2 with bikes in boxes and luggage at the end of our 4 month European bikepacking trip. I found him via an google rearch for shuttles and contacted Markvia email about 5 weeks before our flights. He made the whole process very straightforward, we locked in dates and times. In the week prior to flying Mark got in contact to check all the details. On the day he was in contact to let us know his ETA, turned up early and got us to LHR with no problems whatsoever.The whole process was faultless, I would definitely recommend.

Mark picked up five cyclists and bikes at 4.30am for a return trip to Portsmouth ferry - we were off on a weeks tour of Normandy. All went very smoothly and to time. Mark was great and would definitely use Broomwagon again.
