It was all going well for the 3 night stay in n New York for the G4MO blitz until the final day when we were waiting for our airport transfer. Wait we did. We were not contacted to say there was a delay/problem with the transfer, we only found out when we contacted them! It transpired that the second bus wasn't coming either so it was left to us to try scramble and find five uber accounts to order five 6 seater ubers to take us to the airport!thankfully we made it with no time to spare. Surely the travel company should have organised users or taxis or whatever to get us to the airport, that should not have been left to us to try sort out. That's the whole point with going with a travel company is it not?

We had a brilliant trip, accommodation was lovely and so central. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you

We had a great time, bus service could have being better over 1 hour waiting to be collected, considering our flight was already a hour & half delayed, hotel was basic, comfortable beds & great showers - great location, installment payment options were brilliant, thank you for our itinerary

Had a wonderful time with the crew I travelled with. Hotel was comfortable and clean great location. Wasn't delighted with the breakfast choice or charging for orange juice if you already had Tea. Welcome party was a nice location, plenty of space, nice food. Closing party didnt like the food, everyone had gear bags in the way so no seats available to sit down. The pitch, set everything was lovely, might have been a bit too long of a wait for buses as we had a long day playing. Either way it was lovely set up well, took a lot of work, more kids sizes needed at the stalls. But would defo do it again if we were allowed 😁
