Once your deposit is received, you’ll immediately get an email confirmation and welcome message with next steps. We’ll stay in touch with updates as the group fills, and when we reach the minimum number of participants needed to confirm the retreat, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your journey is officially on.After the retreat is confirmed, you’ll receive a payment request for the remaining balance, which you can pay securely online. You can use a credit card (a small processing fee applies) or make a free ACH/bank transfer from most U.S. and European banks. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, but if we need to change or cancel the retreat, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited toward a future event.
