We combined this transfer with our day tour of Ingapirca. Wilson was an excellent guide and driver. I appreciated all of his knowledge about native plants, birds, and mammals. We felt safe and comfortable. We would recommend your transfer service to others.

I contacted a few operators to organise a twelve day Ecuador tour package from Quito to Guayaquil airport. Javier was the most flexible and reasonably priced option. Our communications were interactive and Javier was also able to organise a good deal for our 3 day rest in Mindo before the tour. Lincoln was a fantastic guide for Quito, providing a very human experience of the old city and history. We had many good interactive discussions. The next day Lincoln took us to Cotopaxi and was a great guide, teaching us to walk slowly to handle the altitude. We paused and photographed some interesting wild life on the drive. Wilson took over for the southern part of our tour. We spent a lot of time with Wilson and he was like a family member. The standout was the full day in Cuenca, ideally we would have more time, the day was relaxed, real and extremely interesting. It's amazing how much we did in a day in a relaxed manner. Cuenca Best Tours know's Ecuador and provides a very authentic local experience. I insisted on staying at a Hacienda near Chimborazo because I saw a lot of recommendations on line. It was interesting to compare that experience to what Cuenca Best Tours organise, definitely not the generic tourist experience. We relaxed and the only decision we had to make was which protein to have with lunch. Dinner was provided on some evenings and it was also nice to wander out on our own for dinner. Ecuador !!! Everyday was a new experience. Wilson also drove scenic routes, the journeys were as rewarding as the destinations. We spent the majority of our time amongst only Ecuadorian people, lovely, polite, relaxed people. 

We went to art galleries, natural wonders and towns. There was so much variety with the lunches and Wilson took us to try Amazonian worms (my husband ate one), there wasn't any pressure to eat it. King Charles was served Heart of Palms on his US visit, we were eating like royalty. Freshest fish, organic produce, fruit with Ecuadorian chocolate dip. We truely had an outstanding memorable experience with Cuenca Best Tours.

This tour was wonderful. Our guides were excellent and super informative. The hotels were beautiful and in fantastic locations. Everything we visited was so stunning. It is a shame that most people think that Ecuador is just about the Galapagos Islands because the rest of the country has so much to offer and see. Javier, who helped to organise the tour over email was so helpful and informative and made the booking of the whole trip seamless. I would 100% recommend using Cuenca Bestours if you are visiting Ecuador!
