Jamie was great to work with getting the cruise portion of this trip completed! We had several issues with the pretrip including return flights not being booked together, car rental issues, not having the information for the fishing trip, my flight not being booked with my legal name on id/passport (was for the cruise), several unanswered text from group members or “I’ll get back to you later/tomorrow about that” and Wes never did. We made the best out of the blunders because that’s how we roll. If I’m being honest, I would work with Jamie again to book a cruise but there was a lack of attention to detail and also a lack of transparency regarding the fee breakdowns associated with this trip that makes me hesitant to use for future trips.

We had a wonderful time! Both houses and cruise were wonderful! Jamie was a pleasure to work with. However, we had a lot of glitches along the way, two travelers flights were not booked until Michelle noticed the issue, then on cruise, we realized six of us were booked on the wrong plane coming back, which we had to change with the airline while on the cruise. Two of us didn’t have a rental car waiting on us at airport, had to uber. The guys didn’t receive their fishing info until Caron called the man directly the evening before. Wendi had issues because her name given by Destiny was different from her passport.

Wes dropped the ball on almost every part of this pre-cruise agenda. Flights, rental cars, tours were all either incorrect or misdirected. Communication was a huge issue as well. He was not available to correct his mistakes or wasn't willing to assist.

This was my second trip with Destiny Travel and they once again knocked it out of the park! The accommodations far exceeded my expectations, and the itinerary was a perfect blend of planned activity and time to explore on our own with recommendations provided for dining and things to do. This was one of the best trips we've ever been on - Greece is so beautiful, the food was outstanding, and our travel group was great! I can't wait to see where I'll go next with Destiny Travel!

We had a great time! Everything was planned out perfectly. Wes is very knowledgeable and gave us great tips! We will definitely use Destiny Travel again!
