We always want our travelers to enjoy the experience comfortably, and your feedback is a good reminder that we need to make sure the physical demands of activities are clearly communicated and that we consider the needs of everyone in our group. I’m also sorry about the seating situation on the flight home. I understand how frustrating it would be to expect to sit together after requesting it and then find yourselves separated and in middle seats for such a long flight.
