This was our first trip with DeWolf Food and Wine Experiences. Mark and Tracy did a fabulous job leading our small group adventures in Calabria and Sardinia. We were exposed to typical local cuisine and wine varietals, beautiful scenery, interesting history and some impromtu poolside gatherings! Accommodations were very comfortable. Best of all, we made new friendships with a wonderful group of people. Highly recommend.

Our experience in Calabria and Sardinia was absolutely wonderful! My sister Lisa and I (Linda) made some beautiful memories on this trip, and we are so grateful to Mark and Tracy for organizing such a fantastic Italian adventure.❤️🇮🇹 From the wine tastings, food experiences, to the accommodations & other special activities, everything was thoughtfully arranged and gave us the opportunity to discover the beauty, culture, and incredible flavors of these two amazing regions of Italy.❤️🇮🇹 One particularly lovely touch was the "WhatsApp", which Mark and Tracy set up for our group of 15. It gave us the opportunity to share photos, stories, and special moments throughout our travels, creating a wonderful sense of camaraderie and allowing us to enjoy one another's experiences along the way. The care, thought, and effort Mark and Tracy put into organizing every aspect of the trip truly made a difference. Lisa and I returned home with wonderful memories, new experiences, and a greater appreciation for the charm of Calabria and Sardinia.❤️🇮🇹 Thank you, Mark and Tracy, for bringing everything together and creating such a memorable Italian adventure. I thought I would provide our feedback via expectations What we expected was very good food and wine plus some touring of the areas A.Exceeded Expectations - the people on the trip were a big surprise. We did not expect to get along with everyone, usually there is one jerk, there were none on this trip unless I’m the jerk. You and Tracy are included as well. - the variety of wines we had, especially in Calabria, was great with many being new to us. I would enjoy seeing a list of what we had. - the first resort we stayed at was magical; the view, great room, the best pizza chef we ever met, the wine we had with the meals were all hits B. Met Expectations - the accommodations were very nice and are of the standard we are used to, with the notable exception of the first place - the food was great, so high expectations were met - we liked most of the touring we did, we enjoyed learning about the Nuragi. Its good to mix up all the food and wine with something for the brain C Failed to meet expectations - Having done many wine tours in Europe only Leda provided a tour/tasting the calibre we were expecting - Having been to only one Michelin star restaurant we were disappointed to learn that the Michelin restaurant we went to did not have a star.

This trip exceeded all my expectations!! It was definitely one of the best organized trips that I have ever been on. We enjoyed great food and wine, lovely accommodations, and the transportation between the various interesting places that we visited was excellent. We certainly went to places that I never would’ve discovered on my own. Mark and Tracy are an awesome and fun team and took great care of us. I’m already looking forward to my next travel adventure with them.

Really enjoyed the personalized service we received, and being part of a small group of travel, food and wine enthusiasts. Mark took us to places where the average tourist would not have been able to access (or even know about). Mark was quick to come up with an "Option B" when thrown a curve ball (i.e. like when one of the airlines cancelled our flights between Calabria and Sardinia , forcing a reroute by bus and ferry through Sicily. Extra bus time, but we got to see Sicily which wasn't in the original plans. Overall, good organizational skills, plus being personable, (between him and his partner Tracy), made this trip truly memorable. Also travelling with a small group of like-minded people, (who we all clicked with), made it feel like travelling with an extended family.
