Wow! We took 2 advanced classes and we had the best instructors! (Mario and Gonsalo!) they were so professional and taught us so much more, helped us make a progress (we on different levels of surfing) we highly recommend to learn in Dominical Surf School

Our women’s group had the absolute best experience with the Dominical Surf School this May. From the moment we arrived, the instructors made every single woman feel comfortable, capable, and excited to get out on the water. Many of the women had never surfed before and were nervous, but the instructors were patient, encouraging, and incredibly fun. What amazed us most was that every single woman on our trip got up on the board and surfed. Every. Single. One. The instructors celebrated every success, no matter how small, and created such a positive and empowering environment that the women left feeling confident, accomplished, and inspired. Beyond the surfing itself, the entire experience was full of laughter, connection, and unforgettable memories. The team was professional, organized, safe, and genuinely passionate about helping people fall in love with surfing. This ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip to Costa Rica, and we cannot recommend Dominical Surf School enough. If you are looking for an experience that is uplifting, empowering, and ridiculously fun, this is it.

Dominical Surf School helped me actually progress and get real reps out on the water. I recommend them to anyone who wants great teachers and good conditions. Mario was the instructor for my three lessons, which was fantastic! Jose taught my girlfriend to surf in the beginner lesson, and she has gone from scared of the ocean to “I’ll probably get another lesson.” Thank you for everything!

My first time surfing was a complete success thanks to Mario and Gonza. They were both patient and clear with their instructions. Gonza had me up and surfing on my first wave and was super encouraging and supportive throughout my time in the water. I had a wonderful time and will be back on my next trip to Costa Rica!
