Your booking was confirmed for a Triple Room on a sharing basis as per your reservation. Upon arrival at the lodge, you requested to be accommodated in a *Single Room*, which unfortunately was not part of the original booking and the lodge was fully booked at the time and could not accommodate the change. Our team was informed immediately and intervened to assist, and we communicated the available alternatives to you at that moment.
