We had an amazing and truly unique 12-day tour of Madagascar with Fosa Travel. The itinerary was very diverse and gave us so many unforgettable impressions. We experienced breathtaking landscapes, from lush rainforests and national parks to stunning scenery, and had the chance to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including many lemurs and chameleons. The trip was very interesting. We saw the Kirindy forest, the Tsingy mountains large and small, the Avenue of the Baobabs, the baobab forests and the Andasibe-Mantadia National Park. During the trip we had night and day hikes in the forests. We traveled in good off-road vehicles. They were equipped with air conditioning. The drivers didn't mind if we adjusted it ourselves. This is important because in western Madagascar there are no paved roads, so there's no other way to get around. Even in an off-road vehicle, you should occasionally engage the most powerful gears. The drivers were very good at driving, they knew basic English so you could understand what was going on. When it comes to nature, we were shown everything we wanted. The accommodations were very good. However, it's important to remember that in some areas of Madagascar, heating is required because it can get cold at night. This was the case in our rooms outside Kirindy. There was always hot water and at least a few hours of electricity. The food was very good. We were provided with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The time between meals was set optimally so that we were neither hungry nor too full. Overall, everything went very well, except for the first day. The agency informed us that someone would be waiting at the airport with a sign with our name on it. Unfortunately, no one was there. We tried calling the agency and sending an email. No one answered. We knew the name of the hotel, so we took the shuttle bus from that hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that we had paid for our reservation, so the stress was gone. The hotel reception called the agency, and the call was answered. After that, everything was great.

It was full of adventure, wonder and just so much fun. The hotels they chose were beautiful and we always felt safe as we were women traveling.
