What a great experience, touring a market and learning some delicious Ecuadorian recipes. I can't wait to make the soup at home. Highly recommend!

Great tour of the market and really tasty food. Amazing location for a class - beautiful restaurant, lots of light. One thing that we hoped for was more interactivity. The cooking class was ostensibly for 3 dishes, but the people were divided in "3 teams" so everyone ended up participating only in one dish. Also, the chef did many things himself without letting participants do them - even simple things like adding greens to the pan. The food was great and we definitely enjoyed the experience, would recommend!
