Founded by Georgina, Intu is a team of people who genuinely care about movement and wellbeing. We share a simple belief — that everyone deserves to feel strong, supported, and at home in their body.

Each of our teachers and therapists brings their own training, experience, and perspective into the space. With foundations in Yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy, and body-based therapies, what we offer is shaped by both professional knowledge and real-life understanding.

We’re not here to push extremes. We’re here to guide in a way that feels steady, sustainable, and supportive. We value curiosity over comparison, and presence over pressure.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a practice that’s been part of your life for years, you’ll be welcomed as you are.

This is a space to move, to learn, to reconnect — and to leave feeling a little more capable and confident in yourself.
