From the moment we reached out to Geotours, they have been highly professional, helpful, and very friendly. We received very clear and useful instructions, and we always felt safe and had an incredibly fun time canyoning.

This is the second time we had Geotours as our agency. Both tours were great!!!! For this specific one, we traveled from Baños to Cotopaxi NP. Roberto the guide was great, gave us plenty of information and provided us with warm gloves for the climbing. Roberto gave us the time to complete the route with our pace (it is a climb up to 4,850 meters). After going down, we went to the lagoon and had great lunch. Roberto and Christian, the driver, were both amazing. So, in summary- great experience, amazing guide - highly recommended!!!!

Il personale dell'agenzia è stato molto disponibile ma non sono soddisfatta del pacchetto che ho comprato. Su 4 giorni di visita, due giorni abbiamo fatto due tour di snorkeling molto simili e gli altri due giorni abbiamo fatto attività da soli gratuite. Inoltre in alcuni punti il programma inviato al momento del preventivo e le mail reminder che abbiamo ricevuto non combaciavano e non corrispondevano con quello che abbiamo visitato concretamente. L'hotel ci ha proposto la stessa colazione tristissima tutte le mattine.

Geotravel made a special effort, and together with the amazing guides Nikson and Theodor , took us on an unforgettable day. We visited an incredible shaman who built a fascinating museum describing the cultural development of Ecuadorian tribes, including traditional ceremonies, clothing, and rituals. He also performed a healing ritual for us, making the experience deeply unique and memorable.
