We would like to clarify that the additional charges were related to the cart being driven outside of the permitted rental area and onto the major highway, which is against our rental agreement and safety policy. These restrictions are in place for the safety of our guests, as golf carts are not designed for highway travel. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, and we’re sorry if our communication came across as rude or upsetting. That was never our intention. In situations involving safety concerns and rental agreement violations, our team does need to address the matter directly. We also take comments regarding the condition of our carts seriously and will inspect the braking and steering concerns you mentioned. We appreciate your feedback

Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our Full Day Snorkeling tour operates from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We normally schedule the snorkeling stops in the morning when sea conditions are typically calmer and visibility is best. Between snorkel sites we take short breaks at South Water Caye, and once snorkeling is completed we head over to Bread and Butter Caye where we spend the rest of the afternoon and prepare lunch. Depending on sea and weather conditions, we may return to the marina and transfer guests back to their hotels by van. These decisions are made by the captain with safety as the priority, so we don’t always know in advance which dock we will use when returning.
