We had a fantastic tour of Vietnam with Martin and Go Vegan Travel. The itinerary was thoughtful, well-paced and interesting, allowing flexibility and enough free time to explore a bit on our own. We appreciated that Martin always made himself available if we wanted his guidance and offered lots of options for our free time. Martin was attentive to our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly and was vegan friendly. All of our in-country guides were informative, personable and well-organized. The variety of activities was also well-balanced; we visited museums and historical sites, had an amazing cooking class in Hoi An, rode bicycles, enjoyed a few boat rides, experienced local craft making, and more. Many tours don't go to the Mekong Delta, but Go Vegan Travel does and that was a highlight of our trip. Even my husband, who isn't vegan, was happy! We highly recommend Go Vegan Travel!

Hi Shari, Thanks so much for taking the time to write this. It really means a lot. I’m glad the balance of the itinerary worked well for you. The mix of structured and free time is something I put a lot of thought into, so it’s good to hear it worked out. I'm also happy you enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields, the vegan cooking class, and the Mekong Delta. I really value those parts of the trip that get us a bit closer to the local side of things, so it’s good to hear they stood out for you. It was a real pleasure having you both on the tour. I’m especially glad that Jesus, as a non-vegan, also enjoyed the experience and the food options. Thanks again for joining me in Vietnam, and hopefully our paths cross again somewhere else in the world. Best, Martin

I recently got home from GoVegan Travel’s two week vegan Thailand tour and I’m still on such a lovely high. Every hotel breakfast had plenty of genuinely good vegan choices. The included meals were tasty whether local or Western, and for all the other meals, night and day, Martin simply organised relaxed optional group meals at excellent vegan or vegan friendly restaurants. No one ever had to eat alone unless they wanted to, and it was just as easy to slip off and do your own thing. I really appreciated having that kind of flexibility. The hotels in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket were in wonderful spots and honestly much nicer than I expected. The days were planned so smoothly, and the activities were varied and thoughtfully chosen. The day with the rescued elephants at Elephant Nature Park, learning to cook vegan Thai food, and the totally unique sea cave canoe trip were real standouts for me. There was plenty more packed into every day without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Everything just ran beautifully, and it never felt like a “vegan-only” holiday, just a very well organised adventure that happened to be entirely plant based. I’d happily recommend GoVegan Travel to anyone considering it.

Hi Jean, Thanks for the generous review. I am glad you had a great time, I did as well. Those two weeks were a real pleasure to share with you, with some amazing memories. It would be great to travel together again one day, maybe Japan. 🤗
