I’m Tamara Leroy-London, I’m a clinical social worker with years of experience in community work, non profit sectors, and private practice. As a Haitian-American, my work centers around those who look like me and reflect my identities. I created this retreat because I’ve lived the burnout. I know what it’s like to be capable, dependable, and exhausted all at once. My work centers rest, trust, and healing—especially for Black women who are tired of carrying everything.
