We just finished, and I am already longing for next year. Over the years, this retreat has become such an important space for me. It is so powerful to get to be in community in this casual, loving way. We get to be together in deep practices and study that are also accessible. The way things are guided gives space to feel and to get to know other participants, their stories and their philosophies. There is no expectation of strong physical yoga practice - this is so important to me, because it lets me meet myself where I am. I am so grateful for Lakshmi and her humble and potent teaching.

I returned to this retreat after attending it last year. It felt like coming home. Jaya Lakshmi has a remarkable, authentic skill for holding space for others. She shared teachings about Goddesses and she shared her beautiful voice in mantra. I loved starting the days with breathwork and Satva yoga. The food was plentiful and delicious and the accommodations were outstanding. The retreat participants bonded quickly and felt like a supportive family.

I’ve had the pleasure of returning to this gathering many times. Each time it is unique and memorable. The magic that is created by the community of women, continues to resonate in my life well beyond the retreat. For me, it’s a returning home; a safe and sacred container where one can gently unwind, expand in curiosity, and discover what is ripe for growth. Jaya Lakshmi is a truly gifted facilitator who holds the space in authenticity and fluid creative expression. I highly recommend any travel with Lakshmi. She attends to every detail from comfortable lodging, delicious healthy meals, connection with the land, music that heals, and the gift of sisterhood. Treat yourself!

This was a fabulous retreat from start to finish for my daughter and I. Jaya Lakshmi created an experience that combined yoga, vocal work, specially curated Sedona hikes and outings, and beautiful ceremonies that brought all of us closer to one another and to ourselves. I’ve long respected Jaya Lakshmi as an artist, but she’s also a masterful leader. The Ceremonies we did together helped me unpack and release things that needed to go, and guided me to create visions for a brighter and juicier future My daughter is already asking about returning next year. What a wonderful group of women and what a special experience..

This was my first trip to Sedona and the villa was just magical- nature in abundance. The retreat itself was an experience I will hold in my heart for the rest of my days. The yoga, the music, the food, the ladies who participated, and of course, Jaya Lakshmi, a humble, spirited, gifted, soul who shared herself, the teachings and so much of her love for the area with us.
