This was the experience of a lifetime! My guide Lim was one of the coolest people I’ve ever met and made me feel so safe. I got sick near the summit and I was in such good hands. The porters, Ajib and Dedi, were incredible as well. I was fed amazing food and great portions, everyone was so respectful, and the views were unreal. I’m so grateful for my Jou Trekking, my team was the best. Thank you for everything, I will miss Rinjani so much!

Our family (with kids 15, 13, 10yr) had a unforgettable two day tour from Senaru to crater rim and back. Everything was very well organized at Jou trekking and the food and sleeping facilities were perfect. Can really recommend it.

Tough climb to do in one day, so be prepared, but very rewarding hike but we had a great time because of our friendly guides who couldn't stop offering us Beng Beng snack bars and water. A lot of respect for the guides and the porters, who all work really hard.

We did the 2d/1n trekking to the rim. Amazing experience with a great crew. Thanks to all the guys thah accompanied us on this trip and special thanks to Ardi, our guide.

Although my daughter and I couldn't finish the trek due to my daughter's 'Bali belly', we were perfectly taken care of by Rudi and his team at the Jou trekking guesthouse. Meanwhile my husband and son had a great time with guide Hardy and his team on the mountain. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!
