Jou Trekking, and especially our guide, Mario (aka Super Mario!), exceeded every expectation. My group and I had an incredible experience trekking Mount Rinjani with their team. The entire crew went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. After long days on the trail, the porters had our tents set up and ready when we arrived at camp, and they prepared delicious meals while we watched the sunset over the crater. It was such a special experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, but what truly made the trek memorable was the care and support from Mario and his team. They made sure we felt safe, encouraged, and well cared for every step of the way. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Amazing experience !

We had a good trek up the mountain with a very reliable, friendly and experienced crew. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We were picked up from the airport punctually and transported to our next accommodation well. The guide was patient and was good company throughout, eventhough we were not as fit as we thought we would be for the climb. They provided good information which helped us decide to discontinue our Trek through the Torean route as the weather turned unfavourably. They also assisted with carrying our soaked clothing from the rain on our descent which made a big difference to our journey. We felt that our comfort and safety was prioritized at all times. I would recommend this provider to others.

A beautiful trek on Lombok Island. We did the 3D/2N trek from Sambaloen to Senaru, and I think it was a really good choice. Our guide and porters did a really good job, the food was delicious and plentiful. Our guide was really good; we always knew when to speed up or slow down, for example, to avoid reaching the summit too early. Rijani is a beautiful place. We've been to several fantastic places before, but Rijani was one of the reasons we visited Indonesia, and I must admit that it lived up to our expectations. It's worth the effort to stand on top of this volcano. Jou Trekking will organize this for you in a truly satisfying way.

Would 100% recommend doing your Mt Rinjani journey with Joy trekking. We had Yunos as our guide and he was amazing.
