This was a lovely retreat with great people, exceptional food (!!), and a great balance of yoga and pickleball. Would definitely attend again.

A fantastic time! The retreat location on Whidbey Island was superb. The weekend was well organized, with plenty of fun activities to tap into, mixed with some nice downtime. As a newbie to Pickleball, I appreciated how welcoming Joy was and how good she was at explaining the sport.

We had the best time. Beautiful location. I had never played pickleball before and Joy is the best teacher. I'm hooked! Jamie is such a great yoga instructor as well! Her cues are spot on. Great weekend!!

The entire trip was magical from beginning to end! The accommodations were fabulous as well as the food! Each meal was a culinary delight. I felt like I got so many wonderful instructions for bringing my pickleball game to the next level!
