Hello Patagonia! went way beyond our expectations, and we could not have been happier with our choice of the folks there to help us organize our W Trek. Communication was excellent both via email and WhatsApp. The information provided about the hike was practical and useful. And when a serious knee injury only two months from departure meant we had to cancel the FIRST planned trip at the last minute, Leslie and her team were understanding and helped us with the necessary documentation required for our trip insurance claim. We were able to reschedule for this year and finally got to meet Leslie and Loreto in person. They were as delightful as we expected. Thank you, Hello Patagonia!

Wow we loved every moment of the O! The W is a lot more crowded but the O was tranquil and intimate so we made many trail friends. It’s great that the O can only be done counterclockwise so you don’t keep passing people like on the W. Hello Patagonia was a great agency to work with. Leslie is sooooo responsive! She personally dropped off lunch at our airbnb when our day 1 lunch was missing at orientation, got us a refund from Dickson within hours when they downgraded us from Refugio’s to tents and magically made lunches appear for us at Los Perros when there was a misunderstanding about getting double lunches at Dickson. We would have had to do 22km from Perros to Grey without lunch if Leslie hadn’t gone to bat for us!! We couldn’t recommend this agency enough.

I highly recommend Hello Patagonia, and here are the reasons. I reviewed/research 3 other companies prior to choosing Hello Patagonia. H.P. was the only one that got back to me in a timely manner, (within 1 hr. to no more than 24 hrs.). They answered all of my questions completely. They are a local business. Located in Puerto Natales, Chile. The night before your trip you get an in person briefing in their office. They review the trail with you, conditions of the trail and what to expect. This is also a good time to ask any of your last-minute questions. They are the only company that I am aware of that will take you to and from the park in a private van. This is a plus, because it gets you to the trailhead a good 1.5 hrs. prior to all of the other buses arriving. The 4 of us all stayed in Refugio's with meals which exceeded all of our expectations. We all highly recommend Hello Patagonia!! And a BIG Thank You to Leslie, for putting this trip together for us.
