A big thank you to Leslie and her team at Hello Patagonia for their help with this amazing , once in a lifetime, bucket list trip to Patagonia. Everything about this trip was easy, hassle free. Only hard part left for us was the hike, but the 60 miles we hiked with the incredible views around us was so worthwhile and memorable. We met some incredible people from all the world on this trip, and hope to meet up again in the near future.
I had heard about Hello Patagonia from friends who had used them when they did their W trek. I can see why HP was highly recommended from my friends. From the onset, Leslie, she was able to help me book our group of 5 for the W trek. She managed to fulfill our requests for all 4 nights in the refugios vs in a tent, along with all the meals. All we had to pack was our clothes and gears which made this a great, stress free experience. Even after securing our lodging and board, she was always so responsive to answering my questions on What's App over the months leading to our trip.
We appreciated the pre hike orientation meeting with JP. He answered all of our remaining questions, and informed us of what to expect. Our driver, J Pablo, was also amazing. He picked us from our 2 hotels promptly, and delivered us to our starting destination. He was already waiting to pick us up when our trip ended. He made stops for us to and from the trip so that we could enjoy the views.
One of my traveling companion experienced an injury after the first day of hike and didn't think she could finish the hike. She messaged Leslie who tried to help her with an exit plan if she could not hike any longer. Fortunately, she was able to complete the hike. Leslie continued to text us thru the hike to check in on her to make sure she was ok, and to offer her some words of encouragement.
After the hike, I reached out to Leslie. We loved the treat that was in our packed lunch that was provided for the first day hike. She help put me in contact with the vendor, Carolina, so I could order more of the snacks that she made.
I would definitely refer anyone who asks me who to use if they should decide to do the W or O trek to Hello Patagonia.
Thank you, Leslie.
