It was a lovely retreat. Fun people, great food and conversation. Liz did a great job with the retreat and material. Enjoyed the asana practices very much. Nice mix of activity and relaxing.

Oh my gosh! What a tremendous experience. I have never really understood the "it was transformative, I learned so much, yoga is life-changing" enthusiasm. But I DID this trip. WOW - I am truly reborn. Liz is an incredible, knowledgeable teacher who shares her own journey while delving into yours. Rio Chirripo is a magical place, a bucket list experience for sure.

It was a great experience! The resort was beyond my expectations. The staff was exceptional in every way, and the food was not only beautifully prepared, but delicious and nutritious. The Turavita team, as always, was caring, inspirational and attention to the needs of all.
