This was a fabulous trip! Mandy is a wonderful encourager and motivator! The lodging was first class, food great! Over all 5 star experience!

This was an amazing trip. Greatly needed in my busy stressful life. All the women were amazing, funny, and powerful. So happy I was apart of such an experience. Mandy did such an incredible job organizing Root to Rise. We needed for absolutely nothing. We were feed emotionally, spiritually and physically-exercise and yoga, along with the best foods to eat for our bodies. Lastly, the resort is just breath taking, and the staff are kind and warm. I'm excited for next year.

I had a wonderful, peaceful time. I am so proud of myself for stepping outside of my comfort zone. Mandy you did and amazing job.

This was my second Root to Rise yoga retreat with Mandy. She never disappoints! Mandy goes above and beyond to ensure all her participants have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!

Having never been on a yoga retreat before, I had no idea what to expect. With that being said, I was hoping this trip would be a good blend of relaxation, adventure, great company, and amazing food - it turned out to be this and so much more! Mandy was an incredible retreat leader! She was so helpful along the way and made going into this trip effortless. Mandy created such a welcoming and fun environment ensuring all had the best time. I will certainly be attending her 2021 yoga retreat wherever that takes us!
