This trip was so very remarkable! The CostaRico countryside is lush green with vibrant colors that transport you into the jungle with a sloth nesting in the tree above your head. The Oceanside Yoga Retreat has awe inspiring sunrises and sunsets. I enjoyed the early morning mediation walks along the beach with special focus on our reflections in the shining ebb and flow of the waves! Our yoga leaders, Melissa and Rina are wonderful spirits of kindness, generosity, creativity, humor and adventures. Many thanks to the staff of Encantada Resort for the delicious meals and friendly guest services. I am looking forward to next year's Yoga Retreat with Melissa and Rina Kay Pareso

This was such an amazing retreat for us! It was very well organized, we had lots of choice to rest if we needed to or go on fun adventures. I loved that we were able to spend some time with a local family on their organic farm. We enjoyed wonderful food there and throughout the trip. Melissa and Rina showed us so much positive energy and attention, they worked very well together and were very spportive of all of us. The yoga was outstanding, they both took care in teaching and guiding. Encantada was a beautiful little boutique hotel with a wonderful, accomodating staff. As the trip wound down, I felt strong, relaxed, and blessed.
