Reviews

This retreat was truly about the art of slow living. Molly, Sam and Sergio made us feel welcome, at home and very relaxed. There was the perfect balance of activity and times to rest. We practiced yoga, breathwork and meditation surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The food was absolutely delicious. I loved watching Sam prepare our meals from scratch. It was so good to slow down, to be present and soak it all in. I would highly recommend retreats with Molly Rose.

My husband, a non-yogi, and I had a wonderful time. Molly brought serenity and calm to the experience. Sam and Sergio made amazing food with locally sourced ingredients. The excursions we took rounded out the experience as we got to see different aspects of Tuscany-old world towns, a local winery, a local olive orchard and olive oil production. The trip was well organized, communications were clear and the locale was beautiful.

Molly with all her magic planned so much more than just a yoga retreat for us. Excursions included, A Market Trip that has the best, cheapest and most amazing garments, natural products and had crafted Thai gifts. A ONE OF A KIND Boat Day where we island hopped to REAL LIFE MERMIAD LAGOONS with Water So Clear, A Color Crystal Blue/Green I can not even describe - but hopefully my images will, snorkeled, ate fresh cooked local Thai Fried Rice and fruit and hiked a mountain to undeniably the Most Incredible Viewpoint where the moment of energy and happiness filled me from my core and seemed to stretch a thousand oceans beyond. A Cooking Class in Mina’s Kitchen (you can find her on @TripAdvisor) and childhood home owned by her family for generations. Mina had a story that made me and many of us cry. I learned to make Coconut Cream and Milk Fresh from the Coconut and had the best Fish Curry I have ever tasted. Plus we took home a priceless cookbook. Priceless. Literally. A Magical Farewell Dinner atop a mountain over looking one of the most Magical Sunsets I have ever been blessed to watch with the most amazing women. All in which I created individual bonds to each and every one of them. To say that I am proud of Molly is an understatement. She really, truly outdid herself. The Thai people, the Thai food, the peace, the community, the happiness of the island - it spread through me quicker than the flu ? had the week before in New York. Side note: the flu was so bad I couldn’t work for a week, was in bed NOT GETTING OUT for three days, on an antibiotic and stressed that I would miss this trip because of it. When I was asked by a women on the retreat if Molly was always this way. I simply had said no. Neither of us were always this way. We have both CHANGED and GROWN. We are now in our 30s, well almost and to see the girls I have known since I was a child flourish into women and embody thier true souls and selves KNOWING all the work that it has taken them to get where they are is such a rewarding experience and honestly blessing I will NEVER take for granted.
