Tulum, Mexico · March 18-22, 2027 Hosted at Amansala Resort & Spa by Kayla Helen & Sarah WhitneyIf your ideal girls' trip includes Pilates in the morning, swimming in the ocean, getting dressed for dinner, and somehow ending up in a conversation about what you’re learning to trust about yourself lately...Hi, you might be our kind of woman. The woman who can appreciate a beautiful hotel and a beautiful conversation. Who wants to laugh, be silly, and go dancing, but also genuinely wants to know what’s happening beneath the surface. Who might ask you what you’re calling in this year instead of what you do for work.Who wants movement in the morning, a long lunch, an afternoon by the ocean, and the kind of dinner where you suddenly realize two hours have passed because nobody has looked at their phone.Women don’t need to be exactly alike to connect deeply. But there is something really special about being in a room where curiosity, growth, depth, playfulness, and being fully yourself are all welcome.Five days of Pilates + light yoga, sound healing, cacao, journaling, More Than Movement workshops, a Gran Cenote excursion, nourishing meals, ocean mornings, exploring Tulum, and enough open space for the conversations and little moments you could never put on an itinerary.• Most women come solo. You don’t need to already know someone. • All movement levels welcome. You don’t need to be advanced in Pilates or yoga. • Come as you are. You don’t need to arrive as any particular version of yourself.Just a small group of women sharing something meaningful together. The kind of room where nobody has to make themselves smaller to belong.
WHAT WE’LL EXPERIENCE TOGETHER
Pilates & Yoga: Intentional movement rooted in the Pilates method, designed to help you feel strong, connected, and present in your body. (No advanced Pilates experience required.)EFT Tapping + Breathwork: Guided practices to help you slow down, notice what you’re carrying, and create more space for awareness, compassion, and connection.Journaling + More Than Movement Workshops: Reflection and conversation around the things happening beneath the surface — what you’re noticing, what you’re learning, and what you may be ready to choose differently.Cacao + Sound Healing Ceremony: A guided experience designed to invite deeper presence, reflection, and heart-centered connection.Gran Cenote Excursion: A guided trip to experience one of Tulum’s most breathtaking natural limestone cenotes together.Nourishing Meals: Three fresh, locally inspired meals included each day (with one evening intentionally left open for an off-site dinner in Tulum).Spacious Time: There is room for the ocean, pool, massages, exploring, reading, napping, long conversations, or doing absolutely nothing. We don’t believe every minute needs to be filled. Those are often the moments we remember most.
THINKING ABOUT COMING ALONE?
You absolutely can.You don’t need to bring a friend, be the most outgoing woman in the room, or know exactly how you’ll fit in before you arrive. Connection happens naturally here through movement, shared meals, excursions, workshops, and all the little moments in between. And being part of the group doesn’t mean being together every second. There is space to walk the beach alone, read, nap, skip something, or simply be quiet.
MEET YOUR HOSTS: KAYLA & SARAH

Kayla HELEN
Kayla Helen is a Pilates teacher, retreat host, and somatic facilitator. Her work is rooted in the belief that movement can take us beyond the mind and into what we can actually feel. Through retreats, Kayla sees herself as both a mirror and a guide, creating space for women to reconnect with themselves, their intuition, and the awe, wonder, beauty, and aliveness that can be cultivated from within and expanded into everyday life. Her multidimensional approach weaves together Classical Pilates, somatic tools like EFT Tapping, meditation, journaling, gratitude, self-compassion, reflection, and heart-brain coherence to support a shift from performance-based living toward a more grounded, heart-led way of being. Above all, Kayla hopes to create the kind of experiences that become core memories — moments that remind you who you are and what is possible when you give yourself space to feel.
SARAH WHITNEY
Sarah Whitney is a yoga + pilates instructor and certified health coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. Sarah’s ultimate goal is to help others reconnect to themselves through intentional movement, realistic wellness practices, mindset shifts, play, and travel. Sarah’s teaching style is grounded in both play and intention, creating classes that leave you feeling energized, connected to your body, and a deeper excitement for movement. Her approach encourages students to move in ways that support nervous system regulation, self-trust, and overall well-being — both on and off the mat. Sarah is so excited to join you in Tulum for some sun, fun, and relaxation!
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• 4 Nights beachfront accommodations at Amansala Resort & Spa • Daily Pilates & Yoga classes • All workshops, journaling sessions, & EFT Tapping practices • Cacao + Sound Healing Ceremony • Guided Gran Cenote tour & excursion • 3 daily fresh, whole-food meals • All local Mexican taxes • Daily gratuity to resort staff
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
• Airfare to and from Mexico • Airport shuttle transfers (Amansala coordinates shared shuttles ranging from $60–$195 roundtrip) • Alcoholic beverages • Optional travel insurance • Additional spa treatments or massages
LOGISTICS & DEPOSIT DETAILS

Deposit & Payments
Deposit: Reserve your space today with a $500 non-refundable deposit.Final Payment: Due by February 2, 2027 (flexible installment plans available at checkout).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I come alone?Absolutely. Flow State is a six night co-ed Reformer Pilates retreat at Aegialis Hotel & Spa, created around the experience of feeling fully engaged in what we're doing, where we are, and the lives we're living.Throughout the week, our Reformer sessions will be an anchor. A place to deepen our relationship with movement, explore the balance between effort and ease, and experience what happens when we're challenged while remaining connected to ourselves. The awareness we develop through movement becomes something we can carry with us, long after we step away from the studio. And there's so much to experience beyond the Reformer. Hiking through the landscapes of Amorgos, spending afternoons on the water, swimming in the Aegean, sharing meals and conversations, and enjoying the simple pleasure of being somewhere beautiful with people who were strangers just days before.Flow isn't always quiet or effortless. Sometimes it's found in the middle of a challenge, in laughter that makes you lose track of time, in a conversation that opens something within you, or in the feeling of being completely immersed in a moment you wish you could hold onto. Throughout the week, we'll explore what brings us into those experiences, what makes us feel most alive, and how to create more space for them in our everyday lives. Our hope is that you leave with more than beautiful memories. That you return home with a deeper understanding of what brings you joy, what helps you feel connected to yourself, and how to move through life with a little more openness, appreciation, and trust in your own experience. We'd love to share it with you.Six nights at Aegialis Hotel & Spa August 7–13, 2027, in your selected shared or private room. - Five one-hour Reformer Pilates sessions Guided by Kayla and Rose, with transfers to and from the Reformer classes included. - Breakfast and dinner Included in your stay at the hotel. - Guided group hike Explore Amorgos on foot with the group. - Group boat excursion Enjoy time on the water and experience the island from the sea. - Round-trip port transfers on Amorgos From the port to the hotel on arrival and back to the port on departure. - Private group WhatsApp chat For pre-retreat connection, travel planning, and updates throughout the week. - Welcome gift A little something to welcome you to the retreat.
