Patricia’s retreats are the best retreats I’ve been to. She chooses amazing venues in the most beautiful corners of Spain. The most recent one in Granada offered breathtaking views of the mountains and I think I would not had a chance to visit this area if not for this retreat. The days were very beautifully paced, with a more dynamic mandala flow in the morning to a super relaxing yin in the evening, and free time in between. I really appreciate Patricia organising an Adventure day - a visit to Granada, and especially, the incredible Alhambra. This was truly inspiring. Patricia’s yoga is one of a kind. I love her carefully planned elemental flows, which balance your body and mind. But besides yoga, these retreats also connect you to the most wonderful people. I had fantastic time with our never ending talks and laughter, surrounded by kindness and warmth.

This retreat was absolutely magical — from the very first day until the very last moment. Patricia is not only an incredibly talented yoga teacher, skillfully blending different holistic therapies into her classes (yoga, aromatherapy, sound baths, and more), but she is also a wonderful host and organizer. We stayed at the most beautiful venue we could have asked for — a countryside finca surrounded by nature, mountains, and open skies. Each day, we practiced yoga, enjoyed sound baths, journaling, and intention setting. We spent peaceful hours resting by the pool, swimming, reading, and connecting with one another. We also went on beautiful walks through the countryside and along the sea. I will never forget this retreat, and I’ve promised myself that it will be the first of many with Patricia. It was truly medicine for my body and soul. Thank you dearest Patricia!

This was my second retreat with Patricia and I highly recommend the experience to others. Patricia puts a great deal of thought and care into ensuring that everyone feels connected, revived and supported. The venue and location were amazing, as was the adventure day. Most importantly, the yoga practice was truly uplifting. I came to the retreat with injuries and Patricia was able to accommodate these and made me feel included. If you want an escape from reality, to spend time with lovely people and be guided by a creative, passionate and generous individual then look no further!
