We had a great trip arranged by WeTravel. Everything was arranged before out trip. The flights to the Islands and the fees for the park. It made it super easy and we didn't have to worry about payment once we got to the Galapagos Islands.

Everything went pretty smooth. The ride wasn't as choppy as some people say, I did take medicine and went on the morning ferry

This was a trip of a lifetime. Every thing about it was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more individualize care and details during the planning and during the trip. We flew into Guayaquil from Miami and out of Quito to Miami. I booked these international flights. I relied on the agency to handle all of the travel inside Ecuador for the convenience. This included transfers from the hotel to the airport for the flights and payment of the required government fees. We do not speak much Spanish so having a representative with us to guide us through the checkin process was very helpful. There was a problem with the passport number that the agency used on my documents and it was very helpful to have someone there who could explain the situation. There were multiple armed guards at the Hilton in Guayaquil which was unsettling so we did not venture out of the hotel. The JW Marriott in Quito was very nice and included a spa and several nice restaurants. I wasn’t happy with the flights. Avianca did not provide any complementary snacks or beverages, not even a small bottle of water. There was very limited legroom and the seats were uncomfortable. We were booked on a flight to Quito that made a stop in Guayaquil but there was a direct flight to Quito on Avianca that left right before ours. We weren’t given a choice of flights. I guess I should have researched the flights beforehand but the agency did not book the most convenient flights.

Had a wonderful trip on the Natural Paradise 8-day tour of the Galapagos Islands. Staff was friendly, attentive and always followed safety protocols. Our cabin was cleaned multiple times per day. We typical had 2 activities before lunch and 2 after lunch. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the plants, animals and geography of the islands. More than enough food was provided at each meal and snacks were provided after most activities. I highly recommend the Natural Paradise !!
